My hat obsession is real, y’all.

Wide-brimmed, fedora, felt, straw, baseball.. I love them all.

Here’s the thing about hats. You can use them to express your style. You can use them to dress up a casual outfit. You can use them to protect your precious face from the sun. You can use them to cover up your hair that hasn’t been washed in a week #nojudgement. You didn’t have time to style your hair, no problem, throw on a wide-brimmed hat, add a side braid and dang girl, you look put together. Hats are M A G I C A L.

I’m so obsessed with my hats that I have them hanging on my walls like the true art pieces they are.

My go-to hat brand is Gigi Pip. I can’t remember where or how I first found this company but I quickly fell in love. They are a smaller company, now with a flagship storefront in Salt Lake City. I swooned over their owner Ginger’s instagram feed for years before I got to visit her store when I was in SLC. This was the one thing I had on my list to do while I was in town for business. I finally got to try on the hats in person and left with the best souvenir. Since then, I have placed online orders, and even driven an hour and a half to visit a pop up shop for Gigi Pip.
